Lake Preston Economic Development Corporation was formed to
promote and support business opportunities within our community.
7.21 Acres of Development Park with
infrastructure, are available immediately. If you are considering a
business venture you may be eligible for low interest loans. We have Rural
Development's RBEG (Rural Business Enterprise Grant) loans available. Call
the office or a board member for a loan application and other loan options. From time to time we
have buildings available and will
always assist in finding suitable land or buildings to your specs.
Advantages of our community include Otter Tail Power
facility, Northwestern Energy's natural gas line, access to US Highway 14 and
DM&E's rail system, Lake Thompson within 4 miles and a beautiful city park.
